About Tug Dogs

What they offer

Tug Dogs provides dog training, behavior modification and boarding in Camas. Its trainers teach scientifically supported, sustainable techniques to stop problem behavior and help dog and owner live together more easily, starting with a behavior consultation.

What they help with

Private lessons and board and train programs cover aggression toward dogs or people, puppy training, off-leash training, separation anxiety, resource guarding, fear- and anxiety-based behaviors, and manners and polite leash walking, for all breeds and ages.

Approach

Training works on how the dog feels as well as what it does: a fearful dog that lunges or growls can learn that strangers are safe, and an overstimulated dog can learn calmer choices, using an approach grounded in canine psychology and physiology. Boarding is also offered.
