About Up to Snuff Mutt

What they offer

Up to Snuff Mutt offers dog training for all breeds in Walla Walla using positive reinforcement only, from a trainer with more than ten years of experience. It works from inside a local doggy daycare, where dogs staying for daycare can also get short personalized training sessions.

Classes and workshops

Adult dogs over six months start with ABCs, covering name, sit and down, impulse control, leash skills and social skills, then move on to Level 2 and public manners; the AKC Canine Good Citizen program is offered too. Puppies six months and under have Puppy PrinciPals and Puppy Level 2, the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy test and puppy playtime. Specialty options include seasonal pack walks at a Walla Walla park for social and leash skills, a greeting workshop for jumping, barking or fearful greetings, an introduction to agility, and a four-week Tricks for Treats class toward AKC Trick Dog titles.

Private sessions

Private lessons have flexible hours and meeting places, with a personalized plan worked out with each owner. Bookings are made online.
