About Wag ‘n Woofs

Daycare with a training room

Wag 'n Woofs is a locally owned dog daycare, boarding, grooming and training facility at 7071 Shady Oak Rd in Eden Prairie. It was founded by Ryan and Ashley in 2011; Anna became co-owner alongside Ryan in December 2025. The 10,000-square-foot building spreads across five floors, with dogs grouped by size and play style, two outdoor yards and fully supervised play.

Group classes

Small weekly classes are held indoors in the training room. Current offerings are Puppy Socialization (8-16 weeks), Life Skills and Manners (Level 1, all ages) and Freak on a Leash Foundations for reactive dogs, plus drop-in Beyond the Basics Level 2 Manners and Study Buddies Reactive Dog Level 2. Family members of all ages are welcome, and waiting lists are available.

Private lessons

Initial consultations are held at the facility or online, and follow-ups may be online, at the facility or off-site. In-home or public-space lessons carry travel fees: free under 30 minutes of driving and $40 for 31-60 minutes. Daycare starts at $21 plus tax for a single-dog half day.
