About Zoomie Zone Dog Gym

Dog gym and puppy training

Zoomie Zone Dog Gym is a Boise business at 1387 N Arrow Ln that pairs a climate-controlled dog gym with private puppy obedience training. Its founder describes it as built on years of research and hands-on learning. All visits are by appointment.

Dog gym

The custom exercise shed has non-motorized treadmills for supervised 30-minute sessions, with up to two dogs at a time. A first session starts at $50 for one dog, with a multiple-dog discount, and recurring runs are booked at least once a week.

Puppy obedience training

Private sessions are for puppies 10 weeks to 12 months, usually about an hour once a week, in packages of 4 or 8 sessions with homework after each one. Topics include sit, down, stay, recall, name response, loose-leash walking and heel, verbal markers, potty routines, respecting boundaries, desensitization to real-world distractions and e-collar work. The approach is described as balanced. A free puppy training consultation is available.
