About Toni’s Touch Natural K-9 Behavioral Training

Toni's Touch Natural K-9 Behavioral Training works in Maryville, offering in-person and virtual sessions.

The method, stated unusually clearly

The site's motto is "Communicate – Don't Dominate", and the training position is specific enough to be checked: "In my natural training program, I focus on a positive approach using the dog's natural ability to learn better communication and life skills. NO TREATS are used or necessary. I teach using multiple words, some hand signals plus how to apply them to daily life." That combination – positive, food-free, language-based – is distinctive on this page, where most trainers either use food or use remote collars.

What they publish

In-person and virtual training sessions are both offered, along with a personalized behavioral training program and in-home training. A rates page is published on the site. The trainer states 20-plus years of working with dogs and their owners.

The framing

The published emphasis is on owner patience and on raising expectations of what a dog can learn: "Dogs are capable of learning so much more than most people have been taught to believe." The site also carries personal announcements including children's books the trainer has published under a pen name, so the training material sits alongside other work.

Who it suits

Owners who want a calm, communication-led program without treats or corrective collars, and those outside easy travel distance who can work over video. Note the site states new-client availability is opened for limited periods, so check before planning around it.
