About C&C PALS, Dog Training

Services

The class list is "Basic Obedience", "Advanced Manners", "Shaping Up Your Training Skills", "Introduction to K9 Nose Work", tricks classes, "Day Training", "Canine Good Citizen (CGC)", "Introduction to Rally O" and "Early Puppy Socialization". Two formats run beside the group classes: "IN-HOME training is still offered" and "Limited IN-HOME Behavioral Consultations offered".

Approach

The stated goal is "to teach people how to train their dogs" using "humane, positive training skills", and the school is explicit that "A training class should be much more than just 'obedience.'" Observers are welcome: "The C&C PALS' open door policy welcomes observers to take a look at positive dog training in action." The team is described as holding "Multiple certifications, professional memberships", so ask which ones when you call. The school notes that "Washingtonian Magazine repeatedly recognizes Carole Peeler and C&C PALS among the best dog trainers in the DC metro area."

Where they work

Classes run at "McLean, Virginia 22101" – an address on Lowell Ave. The site's banner carries a second address in Falls Church; both towns fall inside this metro either way, and the McLean venue is where the classes are published to run.
