About Lucky Dog Daycare

What they offer

Lucky Dog Daycare in Decatur is a dog daycare behind a veterinary clinic, and its Training page says it runs dog training classes hosted with a partner training business. It offers six-week classes for dogs of all ages and puppies from nine weeks, and names AKC STAR Puppy, adult beginner and intermediate classes, a Canine Good Citizen class and a trick dog class. The page also says its trainer provides one-on-one training as well as group classes, and that the programs combine command-based obedience with behavioral work on impulse control, reactivity and insecurity.

Good to know

The Training page names Celestina (Tina) Roux as the trainer and describes her as a certified professional dog trainer and canine behavior specialist, and says classes follow AKC guidelines toward AKC titles. Classes are held at the daycare; call the number on the page to enroll. Daycare admission requires temperament screening.
