Ami did a wonderful job of helping us train our new puppy! The puppy was about 4 months old when we started training. Ami was responsive and was very flexible in working with our schedule. She is very knowledgeable and great with dogs. Our training sessions were in our home, and our puppy instantly liked her, and listened to her. After telling Ami about all the areas of puppy behavior that we were observing she developed a personalized plan, including written materials that we can refer to any time. Ami was incredible at training our puppy. From the day we reached out to her, she was responsive and worked with us with times that would be accommodating. Even on day one she came prepared with training materials about the breeds of dog that our pup was mixed with to get a better understanding of how to teach him. We had 5 sessions with Ami, on each one learning a different command. She was so patient with our dog but yet assertive when teaching. Our dog responded extremely well. Even though he is still a puppy at 8 months, he listens better to us. We continue to keep practicing training with him everyday. Thank you Ami!! Ami helped us with training our new puppy. Over the course of 6-7 weeks, she taught him to sit, stay, leave it, come, lay down, go to bed, and walk nicely (for his age) on a leash. Not only did Ami do an outstanding job with the dog, but she was so patient and knowledgeable and helpful with my whole family as well. I have two children and Ami also worked with them to help them learn how to interact with the dog and get him to listen to them as well as the adults. She patiently answered their questions and involved them in the training sessions. Ami clearly loves animals and people and was an absolute joy to work with. She was able to answer all kinds of questions we had during the training sessions as well as between and helped us trouble shoot as behavioral problems came up with the puppy. She'd come by once a week for an hour or more and work with us and then give us specific homework to week on until her next visit. What she told us to do worked really well and I was shocked at how much our little pup learned so fast! We plan to have her come back again for some additional, more advanced training when our dog gets a little older. This woman is an absolute gem. I am so glad we found her as she helped us tremendously!

Ami was incredible. We adopted a small dog who seemed stubborn and we assumed was untrainable. Within 10 minutes of the first session our dog was following her first command and ready for more.
