About Rainy Day Kennels

What they offer

Rainy Day Kennels is a boarding and training kennel on Blowers Street in Olympia that also raises Labrador Retrievers for performance sports and working fields. On the sports side, its trainers train, teach and compete in K9 Nose Work.

Training

Nose work is offered as group classes and one-on-one lessons, from getting started in the sport to preparing for an upcoming trial, with a six-lesson package. Wounded game tracking lessons, by appointment, teach dogs to help recover wounded big game. The kennel also lists puppy training, obedience and foundations, and behavior modification.

Boarding

Boarding takes everything from couch potatoes to high-maintenance working dogs.
