About PAWZ Enrichment Center

What they offer

PAWZ Enrichment Center is a dog training center on East Broadway in Bismarck that has helped owners in the Bismarck-Mandan area train their dogs. The owner, Jan, has been training dogs for over 30 years.

Classes

Basic Manners is taught as levels training, offered as group and private classes, where dogs learn sit, stay, leash walking and polite everyday behavior while skills are reinforced amid increasing distractions. Other classes include tricks, hoopers, movement puzzles, nose work and rally. A puppy social for puppies 8 weeks to 6 months gives young dogs a safe, playful place for early socialization.

DayTraining

DayTraining is a structured, enrichment-based day program with small group interactions, individualized activities and one-on-one training sessions, rather than all-day free play.

Method

The center describes its methods as positive reinforcement with a choice-based approach. Grooming is also offered.
