About Kempkes Executive K9 Wüstenberger-Land

What they offer

Kempkes Executive K9 is a German Shepherd training and breeding facility in Agua Dulce, run by Michael and Jeannette Kempkes, who started it in California in 2001. Alongside its own imported and trained dogs, it offers training for clients' dogs.

Training

The Elite Training program covers Schutzhund/IPO training and titling, building courage, focus and obedience, and the business also trains German Shepherds as service dogs for clients with a range of disabilities. Personal protection training is offered, and training takes place at the facility and occasionally at the owner's location. The site says the business also has experience with Malinois, Rottweilers, Dobermans and other working breeds.

Background

The site says Michael Kempkes trained dogs in Germany for guard, detection and search-and-rescue work and has titled many dogs in Schutzhund. A consultation by phone is the first step.
