Training options
Private one-on-one training happens at your home or at the club and covers basic and advanced obedience and house manners; graduates can take the S.T.A.R. Puppy or Canine Good Citizen test. Behavior modification addresses bad manners and aggression toward people or dogs. Family lessons bring the whole household into training, including preparing a dog for a new baby. Puppy training uses positive, fun training games, one-on-one or in group classes. Board and train stays last up to four weeks, covering sit-stays, down-stays, place, heeling and name recognition, with a handoff lesson for the owner. The club also does temperament evaluations of puppy litters and rescue dogs. Training prices are set after a trainer evaluation, and a facility package gives a sixth private lesson free with five.
