About Therapy K9 Academy LLC

Classes from puppy manners to therapy work

Therapy K9 Academy LLC is a dog training academy in Katy working with dogs of all ages, breeds and behavior levels. Its stated mission is to strengthen the relationship between dogs and handlers and build confident, balanced, obedient companions. The academy describes its approach as a mix of positive reinforcement, structure and real-world application.

Classes

The class lineup starts with Mind Your Manners (Puppy Pre-K), a foundation course for puppies and new owners. Good Manners I moves dogs "from chaos to calm," and Good Manners II works on real-world reliability beyond treats. A Canine Good Citizen class prepares dogs for public politeness, and a Therapy Dog class trains dog-and-handler teams for therapy work.
