About Adventure Tails Dog Training & Enrichment

Adventure Tails is Miranda LaMorte's training, behavior modification and off-leash pack-walking business, based in Voorheesville about fifteen minutes west of Albany. The site states she has seventeen years of professional experience with dogs and describes her as the only Training Without Conflict Certified Dog Trainer in the Capital Region.

What is offered

Four formats are published: group classes, private lessons, day training and board-and-train programs. Off-leash pack walking sits alongside them as a service in its own right rather than as an add-on, which is unusual in this metro.

Workshops and seminars

The part of the business that reaches beyond its own clients is education. The site says Adventure Tails brings accomplished trainers in from out of town to host workshops and seminars for both dog owners and other local trainers, on subjects ranging from dog sports to behavior modification. For a Capital Region owner that means continuing-education events happen here rather than requiring a drive to New York or Boston.

Being straight about the website

The site says openly that it is under construction and points visitors to Instagram and Facebook for current detail, with a free phone consultation and a live class schedule linked from the front page. It is a small, honest site rather than a thin one.
