Who it’s best for

Later, my wife took our other dog here for the 'Rowdy Dog' classes (reactivity training), where the instructor claimed "no one has ever failed" and that the class would do some good. It was a complete waste of time and money. The techniques taught in the class were useless and he has shown no improvement whatsoever. Despite the fact that he was struggling, the instructor did not offer any one-on-one time whatsoever to give any additional pointers. Also, "no one has failed" was just a blatant lie to get people to sign up. It's technically true because the class isn't graded and there's no completion certificate, but several people dropped out over the course of it and I doubt most of the dogs who made it through were substantially improved.
I'm not sure what the other options are, but I cannot recommend this place. You're better off just staying home.
