About Bails and Tails NW
Positive reinforcement training in Portland
Bails & Tails NW is a Portland training business serving the metro area west of the Willamette River. Founder Bailey Sumner is a CPDT-KA certified trainer with over five years of experience in Portland, including time as head trainer at Sniff Dog Hotel, and started out by training her own service dog. Training uses exclusively positive reinforcement: clear communication and well-timed rewards.
