About By The Dog

What they offer

By The Dog is a dog training business based in Casa Grande and serving Pinal and Maricopa Counties. Its two main programs are board and train, in which your dog lives in the head trainer's home for three to eight weeks of daily training in real-world settings, and private weekly lessons in your home. Both cover puppy starting (potty training, crate training, nipping and manners), obedience (sit, down, place, recall, loose-leash walking and off-leash reliability) and behavior modification for reactive, fearful, anxious or aggressive dogs.

Getting started

New clients start with a free consultation and evaluation, booked by call or text. The site mentions discounts for signing up on the day of the consultation and for local residents.

About the trainer

The business is owned by Natasha Apodaca, whose motto on the site is to do right by the dog.
