About Cave Creek K9 Training

What they offer

Cave Creek K9 Training offers obedience training, private lessons and behavior modification from Cave Creek. Its Pinnacle board and train program was designed by the owner, Rodd Proctor, and covers walking politely on a leash, sit stay, down stay, recall, going to place, kennel manners and waiting at thresholds, along with the unwanted behaviors an owner is dealing with.

How the program runs

Dogs in the board and train spend time indoors in a family atmosphere around people and other pets, and many sessions take place outside the home so dogs learn around everyday distractions. The business also offers personalized in-home boarding.

Background

The trainer writes that he has mentored dog owners for 30 years and has trained police K9s and their handlers, sport dogs and family pets, and that he competes with his own dogs in obedience and protection sports.
