About Cebu Dog Trainer

Cebu Dog Trainer is Jojo Bautista's practice, run from a published address at 15 Sterling Rd in Elmont and working across Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island and upper Manhattan.

An unusual route into dog training

The site is specific about where the experience comes from, and it is not the usual one. Bautista worked for several years as a zoo trainer, specializing in orangutans, birds of prey and tigers, and then served as the resident behaviorist for Island Rescue Organization, a rescue based on the island of Cebu in the Philippines. He currently works as a Canine Behavior Trainer for what the site describes as the world's largest no-kill animal shelter.

What is offered

The published headline is puppy training and aggression work. Behavior modification is named as his main skill, and protection dog training as the area he is most drawn to. The site lists the work by area rather than by package: puppy training in Queens and Long Island, dog training classes in Brooklyn and NYC, and board and train in Astoria, Garden City and Long Beach.

Method and proof

Three claims sit under "why dog owners trust me": a reward-based trainer, zoo and shelter work experience, and proven results with client videos. Training videos are published on the business's own Instagram account. For pricing, the site asks prospective clients to make contact, and says the fees are set against the quality of the work.
