CMH Training is located in Spokane and works with both dogs and cats, aiming to help families connect with their pets and change difficult behaviors with humane methods. For dogs it offers private in-home training sessions and virtual sessions.

Dog programs

Puppy Kindergarten is a four-week program for puppies two to four months old that builds social and confidence skills along with first cues such as name, sit, down and a marker word. Basic Obedience, for dogs four months and older, runs four or eight weeks and covers sit, down, stay, come and place, and Advanced Obedience adds leave it, drop it, quiet and recall while working on duration, distance and distraction. Behavioral consultations start with an evaluation and run as an eight-week program for aggression and reactivity, separation anxiety, excessive barking and fear. Single sessions and a trick workshop are also offered, and sessions usually happen once a week. The business also provides pet care such as house sitting and drop-in visits.
