About Dog Zone

Daycare and puppy programs in Cedar Rapids

The Dog Zone is a dog daycare at 5517 North Towne Place NE in Cedar Rapids that also runs puppy potty training assistance programs and a dog spa. It says it was voted #1 Best Pet Service in Eastern Iowa on KCRG-TV 9's A-List contest two years in a row. Daycare is aimed at stimulation, exercise, socialization and confidence building, since dogs without enough interaction can develop problems such as chewing, digging, incessant barking or slipping in their housetraining. Dogs play in a supervised setting with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. Hours are Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6pm, with no visitors during nap time from 11:30am to 1:30pm. New clients start with a personal meet and greet interview.
