About DogsAreGenius
What they offer
DogsAreGenius is a training, hiking and walking business in Los Angeles. The trainer, who has a background as a veterinary technician and longtime pack leader, offers balanced training that uses both reward-based and gently corrective techniques, tailored to the dog's breed, age, health, temperament and history.
Training
The focus is on teaching the owner to be the trainer, since the dog follows the owner's lead, and for that reason the business offers board and train only in a few cases. Ask what a typical lesson plan includes.
Other services
Daily group hikes and group walks are also offered.
