About Double H Canine Training Academy

About

Double H Canine (trading as Double H Canine, legally HH Canine LLC) operates from 201 Park Pl Dr,

Louisville, KY 40243, in Middletown. It sells immersion training with a lifetime maintenance promise

attached to every program: "free tune-ups for life. No matter the issue, on-site or off-site, we'll

make it work."

The team's background is the pitch: "We're not just dog lovers; we're professionals with backgrounds

in military service, law enforcement, and college-level instruction. We apply the same high-stakes,

performance-focused techniques used to train elite service dogs." The academic point is made

separately: "We've been college-level educators. This means we know how to take complex ideas and

break them down into simple, effective steps that you, the dog parent, can actually follow."

Every client is assigned one trainer: "You and your dog are assigned a single, dedicated trainer who

knows your dog well. You get their direct contact for help anytime."

Programs

**Day Training** is the signature program — daily training with the trainers while the dog goes home

each night, with pick-up and drop-off included. Two or three weeks. "For owners who want professional

results but want their dog home every night."

**Board & Train** adds overnight boarding for "round-the-clock structure and training." Two or three

weeks. Aimed at "busy parents, first-time dog parents, or dogs with serious issues like reactivity or

aggression," and worked on or off leash.

**Stay and Train** is a graduate-only day option, bought by the day or in packs, to reinforce

completed training.

**Boarding** is offered as structured, supervised care — "calm, controlled, and intentional" —

primarily for past and current clients.

Both immersion programs run the dog around the rest of the school's population: "Your dog is

actively trained around 40-50 other dogs. This high-level socialization ensures your dog is obedient

and calm, no matter the distraction."
