About Every Day Canine LLC

Behavior-focused training in Rutland

Every Day Canine is a training and grooming business in Rutland and Wallingford that works with the family dog, working K9s and performance or sport dogs. It prioritizes the unwanted behaviors many owners struggle with, and jumping, pulling, non-recalling, reactive, anxious, aggressive or overly rambunctious dogs are its specialty. It also helps puppies and well-behaved dogs build focus, confidence, off-leash reliability and sharper obedience.

The team

Owner and head trainer Nathan Harvey has handled working dogs since 2017, with experience in search and rescue, tracking, drug detection and patrol, and he graduated from the Highland Canine Master Trainer Program (Master Trainer Certified, 2022). He specializes in reactive and aggressive dogs. The team includes an assistant trainer whose training work began with Mine Detection Dogs in the U.S. Army, and a groomer.
