About Good Dog Dog Training

About

Good Dog Dog Training in Modesto teaches owners to train and manage their dogs with an emphasis on positive methods: food rewards in the introductory phases, then a move to real-life rewards so the dog does not need constant treats. Its owner and head instructor is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator who has trained dogs since 1995, with a special interest in shy or fearful dogs and resource guarding.

Group classes run from Puppy Kindergarten to Competition Obedience, with rally obedience, K9 Nose Work and tricks classes for active dogs. Lessons are held on Timothy Avenue or at a local Modesto park.
