Who it is for

The site opens on the problems it hears most: a dog that jumps, a dog that will not come back, a dog that does not listen. Its diagnosis is that "modern life has changed a dog's life from the freedom of the outdoors and roaming the neighborhood to a life at home, behind a fence and at the end of a leash", and that barking, digging, chewing and pulling are normal dog behavior in the wrong setting rather than a fault.
