About iK9Dogs

What they offer

iK9Dogs is a dog training business in Rowland Heights whose trainer, Darvin, says he began training dogs in 1990. The site is offered in English and in traditional and simplified Chinese, and a free demo can be scheduled.

Training topics

The service list covers puppy training, basic and advanced obedience, manners, loose leash walking, behavior modification, fear, anxiety and phobias, aggression, potty training, jumping, reactivity, mouthing, biting and barking, and advanced off-leash work, using balanced methods.

Formats

Private one-on-one lessons are tailored to the owner's schedule and goals. In the board-and-train option the trainer works with the dog during its stay and then shows the owner how to maintain the training. Weekly group classes add socialization and proofing of behaviors under distraction.
