About LA Dog Behaviorist, LLC

What they offer

LA Dog Behaviorist, LLC is a private dog training business with a published address in Walnut that serves Los Angeles and surrounding communities by appointment. It works with dogs that need more than a group class, and every program begins with a phone consultation about the dog, the household and the result the owner wants.

Programs

Daycare Training gives a dog a day of structured skills work and real-world exposure, with private pickup and return available and coaching so the owner can carry the progress home. Private In-Home Training is one-on-one coaching in the owner's own environment, covering routines, boundaries, manners, reactivity and behavior concerns, with guidance for every family member. Board & Train is a structured training stay with an individualized behavior and obedience plan, progress updates and transition coaching at the end.

Approach

The business focuses on real-life reliability, such as guests at the door, walks, routines and travel, and lists jumping, fear-based aggression and leash reactivity among the problems it works on.
