About Logical Training & Consulting

What they offer

Logical Training and Consulting serves the greater Albuquerque area. The trainer, Trevor Driggs, spent almost 13 years at a non-profit animal shelter in roles from kennel technician to director, and specializes in dogs with fear-related behaviors, with an emphasis on enrichment.

Services

Behavior consultations produce a detailed plan for behavior modification. Private training covers the basics and continuing care. Pet care facilities can also hire the business for standard operating procedures, enrichment and behavior modification plans.

Approach

The approach is described as similar to a therapeutic one, tackling the underlying issue behind a behavior. It follows the least intrusive, minimally aversive guideline and relies on counter-conditioning, desensitization, differential reinforcement and confidence building.
