About Mystic Mutts Dog Training

What they offer

Mystic Mutts Dog Training is a small, facility-free program offering private lessons and online coaching across Denver and Colorado Springs. It works with pet dogs, service dogs and companion and obedience sport dogs, specializes in autism assistance service animals and puppy development, and has a great deal of experience with anxious and reactive dogs.

Lessons

Each private lesson is a one-hour, one-on-one session at the client's residence or in public. Online sessions of 45 minutes cover puppy raising, obedience and manners, and step-by-step task training on a budget; the site notes that behavior modification for reactivity, anxiety and aggression and certain service dog tasks are not done online. New clients complete a discounted onboarding lesson first, and a free call is available.

Approach

The site describes human-centered, welfare-centered training that teaches owners how the dog's brain works, with clear and fair communication and homework built around the family's routine. Client reviews on the site name the trainer as Trin.
