About Pack Leader Academy

Pack Leader Academy is a dog facility at 474 Bean Hill Road in Endicott that runs training, daycare and short-term boarding from one site, with a shuttle service, camera access and home visits offered around them.

Training

The academy's training classes are described as designed for the specific needs and behavior of the individual dog. Two formats are published: personalized training sessions, and scheduled group classes. Both are aimed at obedience, socialization and behavioral issues, with the stated goal of a well-mannered and well-adjusted pet. Puppy training is offered as its own strand.

Who runs it

The site names Rob Yammine as Owner and Lead Trainer, and describes a team of trainers and caregivers working to create what it calls a positive and nurturing environment for dogs of all breeds and sizes. The stated philosophy is building bonds and trust between dogs and their owners through personalized attention and training.

Daycare and boarding

The daily daycare program is presented as socialization, exercise and mental stimulation under supervision, with a shuttle service for pickup and drop-off. Short-term boarding is offered with camera access so owners can check in, and the site emphasizes maintaining a dog's normal routine while the owner is away.

Practicalities

The academy publishes weekday hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, with weekends closed except for boarding, and offers a 15% discount to military and first responders.
