Amy Bartley is a Certified Canine Training and Behavior Specialist, certified through Starmark Academy for Professional Dog Trainers (formerly Triple Crown Academy) in Hutto, where she worked with many shelter dogs with behavioral issues. She holds a degree from Texas State University in San Marcos and shares her home with two dogs adopted from Austin Animal Services.

Training offered

Paws About Town teaches basic obedience (sit, down, heel), intermediate obedience (stays, recalls) and advanced off-leash obedience, and handles behavior problems including fearful dogs, reactivity, excessive barking and jumping. Tricks are taught with clicker training. Training is available in-home or as a board and train, and boarding is offered for owners going out of town.
