About Paws N’ Reflect, LLC

Agility and training in The Acreage

Paws N' Reflect is a dog training and pet care business at 12458 Key Lime Blvd in The Acreage, with training clients coming from Loxahatchee, Royal Palm Beach, Westlake, Avenir and other Palm Beach County communities. It was founded by a mother-daughter team who both started agility in the 1990s. Barbara Bounds became an AKC Agility Judge in 2010 and leads the training, with an emphasis on safety, honest placement and practical instruction.

Classes

Classes run as limited-size 6-week series: Beginner Rally and Obedience at $105, and Foundation and Beginner Agility, Novice Agility and Advanced Agility at $155. Remaining sessions and single drop-ins can be booked when a class is in progress, and a waitlist shapes the next class day and time. Reactive dogs start with a private assessment instead of a group class.

Private lessons

One-on-one lessons with Barbara cost $40 for 30 minutes or $70 for an hour, covering puppy basics, leash manners, recall foundations, socialization guidance, routines and class preparation. Three-lesson packages run $110-$195.

Pet care

Within about five miles of the facility, the business also offers dog walks, workday visits, vacation pet sitting and overnight house sitting, after a required meet-and-greet.
