What they publish

The service list is Dog Aggression, Doggie Daycare, Board and Train, Boarding, Puppy Training, Service Dog Training, Private Training and Dog Grooming, and financing is published alongside them. They name their service areas explicitly: South Knoxville, West Knoxville, Maryville, Sevierville, Oak Ridge, Farragut, Lenoir City, Powell, Loudon, Clinton and Alcoa.

How the training runs

They describe themselves as balanced trainers whose job is to close a communication gap: "We help emphasize clear communication and balanced training to bridge the gap between dogs and their owners." The published method is to "create an environment in which the dog loves to learn, engage and is motivated to practice the thousands of repetitions it takes to produce muscle memory, reflex response and conditioned behaviors", and to "empower the dog to be in control of their own consequences".

The owner's part

Owner education is stated as equal to dog training, and the reason given is practical: "What's a dog that won't listen to its owner when it comes home?" Their summary line is "We Teach Your Dog and You." The entry point is a free behavior evaluation, and a Meet the Trainers page shows this is a team rather than a single handler. Who it suits

Owners with an aggression or serious obedience problem who want a facility-based board and train, and those wanting daycare, boarding and grooming from the same place.
