Owner Jillian Karns combines positive reinforcement with clear structure and guidance, using an e-collar (Mini or Micro Educator) as a communication tool.

This is a one-woman operation serving Camp Hill, PA and areas within about 30 minutes, and clients can also meet at local parks. Board-and-train programs and puppy socialization classes are noted as currently suspended indefinitely, and there is a waitlist, so contact early to check availability.
