About Ruff Mountain Dog Training

What they offer

Ruff Mountain Dog Training serves Telluride, Ridgway, Montrose, Norwood and the surrounding areas. Private lessons run about an hour and a half, either at the client's place or at its location on Hastings Mesa, and the site suggests at least three visits. It offers group classes from time to time, focused on basic obedience, loose-leash walking and recall, and private group classes for friends and their dogs. Board and train at the trainers' home is offered to ongoing clients when a dog needs more focused training.

Good to know

The property sits in an aspen forest with open fields, and visits for training in nature can be scheduled. The site says it does not offer boarding on its own.
