About Sit Means Sit Reno

What they offer

Sit Means Sit Reno serves the Reno area and Northern Nevada with four-week day-train programs: the dog trains with the team by day, goes home each night, and the owner gets an in-home lesson after each training day. Its programs cover leash pulling, jumping, barking, recall and everyday obedience, and a separate Reactive Rehab program works with leash reactivity, fear and aggression. It also lists off-leash reliability, high-distraction obedience and puppy training and socialization. Graduates get free group classes for the life of the dog, and the first step is a free evaluation.

How they train

The site describes distraction-proofing in real Reno environments and threshold-based work for reactive dogs, with owners taught the same tools in their own homes.
