About Sit Means Sit

Sit Means Sit Salt Lake City in West Jordan

Sit Means Sit Dog Training Salt Lake City is a franchise location with its training facility in West Jordan, serving Salt Lake City, Sandy and surrounding Utah areas, with the option for trainers to come to you. It starts with a free in-home consultation, where a trainer brings a dog they have already trained to show the level of obedience possible, and aims for maximum control both on and off leash for any breed, age or history.

Programs

Private lessons can happen at home, a local park, a trail or a shopping center. The Day Train program has dogs dropped off at the facility each morning for one-on-one work and exercise, ending with a Transfer of Leadership lesson and follow-ups as needed. The Board & Train program keeps a dog for 10 to 20 days of full immersion, about 40 hours a week with a personal trainer, including outings to shops, parks and pet stores around Salt Lake City, followed by private in-home lessons. Group classes open to dogs that have completed an individual program and focus on severe distractions and off-leash control.
