About PetSmart Dog Training

Classes at the 5748 S. Redwood Road store

PetSmart Dog Training runs puppy and adult dog classes at the PetSmart store at 5748 S. Redwood Road in Taylorsville. The store's Accredited Trainers build every class around positive reinforcement, and each session follows a structured approach that builds on the one before, whether a dog is a new puppy or an adult learning something new.

Class options

Group classes give dogs practice responding to cues around other dogs and real distractions. Private classes are built around a dog's own pace and needs, and an advanced class is available for dogs ready to go further. Savings packages combine two or more classes. PetSmart's training line also includes advanced skills such as tricks and therapy dog training for graduates. The store sits off S. Redwood Road near I-215.
