Last grooming was very disappointing. Like they didn't even cut our dog (she already needs another cut after 1 week) and they raised prices 25% since our last appointment 3 months ago. New prices were not posted anywhere. Raising prices 50% from March prices by Aug. 1.
The groomer did not follow directions! She shaved all of my friends dog hair off without her permission. Her dog was in so much pain & she kept going! Just cruel! Then when she called to find out what happened she was very nonchalant about it!
Great place for a nail trim, when your dog is a bit of a difficult case. They know how to do it!
Update: well they were 5 stars, but then…
… on one visit they cut into the quick on one of our dog’s nails. The next time we were in they just gave up trying to get the front ones.
Took Lexi for Grooming today with Renee. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I have been hunting fir a grommer knows how give a sheltie proper cut. I believe the hunt is over. Lexi looks so good. Clean cut and undercoat is brushed out.
Our dog Roxy can't wait to visit. She whines as we pull up because she is so eager to be let out of the car. Steve, Adam and the rest of the crew run a wonderful operation.
