My puppy loves it at this ZoomRoom. Everyone is very friendly, kind to the puppies, and the trainers use only positive reinforcement. Trainers allow for individual preferences in training techniques. I prefer not to use a clicker. Rather, I use a verbal marker because I always have my voice on me and arthritis in my thumb makes using clickers painful. This was not an issue. Facility is clean and extra care is taken to keep very young, not yet fully vaccinated puppies safe.
My dogs and I love Zoom Room! Having a safe environment to do puppy classes before my pup was fully vaccinated was a lifesaver. And having dedicated playgroups where the play is monitored has been a great introduction to playing with other dogs before he goes to daycare. My older dog loves the agility class and we have dabbled in some of the others as well including the Pup-lates. All of them are engaging and keep us learning new things. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, would highly recommend trying a class.
We love Zoom Room. We originally joined to get an older dog ready for a new family member, and now that we have a puppy we've come back. Everyone here is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. And you can tell they really love what they do! We've spent the most time with Christina, and love the way she supports puppies on their training journey. She's knowledgeable, supportive, she structures the classes well so that you can continue training at home with your dog. When you're having challenges she is quick with troubleshooting and has a variety of recommendations that will support your specific dog's needs. If you have a dog– you need Zoom Room!
We appreciate the positive approach and professionalism of Chole at the Zoom Room New Albany. She was very caring and attentive to our training needs and comforting our dog Bear.
Our puppy loves this place! We do too! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Trainer Jane is Otto’s favorite. She is very high energy, always smiling but also knowledgeable and patient. Chloe is also excellent! I recommend the package deals to save money and because you will want to come back again.
