About See Spot Run On 21

See Spot Run on 21 is a pet care business on State Road 21 in Omro that describes itself as treating "each pet as an individual". Training is one of several services under one roof: the home page also lists boarding in a "9,000 square foot building", a full-service grooming salon, and an enrichment daycare it calls a "stay and play resort". All training, the site says, is "held in See Spot Run's indoor training center".

Classes

The training page opens by saying the business "offers a variety of group training classes, private lessons and day training services for dogs of all ages", designed "to help owners create strong, lasting bonds with their furry companion". Puppy Basics is for puppies 8-16 weeks old, limited to 6 puppies, runs 1 hour for 4 weeks at $90, and covers dog body language, socialization, greeting skills, appropriate play, leash walking and basic cues. Adolescent Manners takes dogs from 4 months to 1 year, and Adult Manners dogs a year and older; both are limited to 4 dogs, run 1 hour for 6 weeks and are listed at $130. A Comfortable Canine Companion Class for dogs 6 years and up combines "gentle massage, rear-end exercises to support mobility, and fun cognitive activities" over 3 weeks at $95, with a start date the site marks TBD.

Day training and private sessions

Day Training is described as the trainer working one-on-one with the dog during the day – "no need for you to be present" – after an initial consultation sets the plan; the dog is not boarded for it, and the page notes it can be added to the enrichment daycare or boarding services. The published figures are an initial 60-90-minute consultation at $110 and a day training session at $90. Private sessions are "offered to dogs of any age" and are listed at the same $110 consultation plus $80 per hour session.

The trainer and the small print

The page introduces Hannah Combs as its trainer, saying she "looks forward to guiding you through every step of your training journey with compassion while utilizing both science-based and positive reinforcement methods" and that training should be "fun, fear-free and focused on strengthening the bond between you and your dog". The site says she "has been a part of SSR's team since March 2017". A cancellation policy asks for 24 hours notice, with a fee of 50% of the scheduled service otherwise.
