About Newman’s PAWsitive Pups LLC

In-home and virtual training in Weston

Newman's PAWsitive Pups is a Weston dog training, puppy training and dog walking business run by trainer Meri Newman. It starts with a free meet and greet, in person or virtually, to discuss the dog's issues and build a training plan around the owner's goals and schedule.

Services

In-home private sessions usually combine puppy socialization with obedience, and live one-on-one virtual sessions cover the same ground online. Obedience cues can include watch me, sit, down, stay or wait, recall, fetch, loose leash walking, leave it, off, drop it and give. Problem solving covers chewing, counter surfing, puppy nipping, jumping, excessive barking, potty training and running out the front door. Sessions can also include advice on diet, crate training, nail trimming and dental care. Dog walks are available in 15- or 30-minute slots.
