About Smarty Dog Training

Personal in-home training in Dallas

Smarty Dog Training is run by Pat, a certified dog trainer with decades of experience training, rescuing and caring for dogs. She offers personalized training sessions in the client's home across the Dallas neighborhoods of Preston Hollow, the Park Cities, North Dallas and Addison. Pat believes lasting progress happens when dogs feel safe, seen and loved, and she works with a limited number of clients so each dog gets full attention, focusing on patience, clarity and communication that lasts.

Services and prices

Most clients start with an Initial Behavior Assessment, one session for $75, to talk through goals, observe behavior and begin on key skills. Custom packages follow: 3 sessions for $300, 5 for $450 or 10 for $800. Puppy training builds confidence, manners and socialization with positive, age-appropriate methods. Obedience training targets specific everyday problems, and advanced training sharpens focus and engagement for dogs that have mastered the basics.
