About Bark Fit LLC

Individualized training for any dog

Bark Fit LLC is a dog training business in Newtown owned by Graham Ingels, a certified AKC trainer and licensed Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. The Bark Fit program is designed to bring out a dog's potential regardless of age, background or breed, on the view that dogs, like people, vary in personality and need individualized instruction.

Background

Bark Fit is built on a foundation of canine obedience training and competition. Graham started in the sport of Schutzhund (IPO), training with mentors including John Henkel, Tom Macek and Rob Mullen, and several of his German Shepherds earned IPO titles competing in Germany. He later founded Bark Fit to work with purebred and mixed-breed dogs in basic obedience and household manners.

Services

Bark Fit works with all breeds and helps with behavioral issues, socialization, high energy, general training and aggression problems, and says it specializes in solving unique canine problems.

What owners say

Chris Sproule Davis wrote that their shepherd mix Bryce "has grown from a rambunctious high-drive puppy who became bored in other classes to a well-behaved and loved member of our family."
