Experience & credentials

Owner Courtney Schaffer has worked in the dog industry since 2015 — as a kennel tech and in daycare roles before becoming a dog trainer in 2020, then serving four years as a company's head trainer before launching Courtney Trains Dogs LLC in January 2024. She shares her life with a pack of five dogs.
