About Highland Canine Training, LLC

Highland Canine Training, LLC publishes its own street address at Foxfield Drive in Harmony, and that site is the company's North Carolina headquarters. The company says it was founded in 2006 and describes itself as one of the largest professional dog training companies in the United States, with locations across the nation.

What a pet owner can book

For household dogs the published services are board and train programs, private lessons, group classes, in-home training and behavior modification. The company says these are available in more than 25 locations.

The specialist divisions

What separates this from a local training school is the rest of the business. Separate divisions cover service dog training and sales, police K9 training and sales for law enforcement and military teams, search and rescue dogs, conservation detection dogs, and protection dogs. There is also a Second Chance Program and work with shelters.

The school

The School for Dog Trainers has run for close to twenty years and the company says it has hosted students from over 30 countries, combining hands-on training with learning theory.

A note for the reader

This is the company's own headquarters listing. Highland Canine's other North Carolina branches are separate listings in their own cities.
