About Jigsaw Animal Behavior and Welfare Consulting, LLC

What they offer

Jigsaw Animal Behavior and Welfare Consulting is an animal behavior and training business based in Fort Collins. For pet owners it offers pet training and behavior management alongside pet sitting and farm care, and it works with dogs, cats and exotic pets. Its store lists a private lesson package, a day training package and a virtual consultation package. The business also consults for zoos, shelters, sanctuaries and research animal facilities.

How they train

The about page names Charlie Payne (PSM, LATg, CIG) and says she earned a zoology degree from Colorado State University and a master's in zoo, aquarium and animal shelter management, and is working toward a PhD in lab animal behavior and welfare. It says she spent two semesters helping teach a service dog training class and uses positive reinforcement strategies to modify behavior while keeping a strong bond between you and your pet.
