What they offer

SCV Pawsitive Pups offers positive reinforcement dog training in the Santa Clarita Valley, built on the fundamentals of the American Kennel Club's Canine Good Citizen program. Its trainer, Isabella Rodriguez, is a CGC evaluator.

Private training

In-home private training, for puppies from 10 weeks, works on crate and potty training, alert and demand barking, separation anxiety and household routines. Off-site private sessions, for dogs from 16 weeks, focus on socialization, desensitization and foundation skills such as loose-leash walking, recall and stays outdoors.

Classes and CGC

Group and private classes are mainly taught at a pet store in Stevenson Ranch. CGC prep classes and the CGC test itself are available for dogs six months and older.
