About Von Calvo German Shepherds/Black Label German Shepherds®

German Shepherd breeder and trainer in Miami

Von Calvo German Shepherds, also known as Black Label German Shepherds, is a family-owned and operated German Shepherd breeder at 1811 SW 92 Place in Miami. It describes itself as an AKC-recognized breeder drawing on champion bloodlines from Germany and other regions, and says it is one of the only kennels to win the VA1 title in both the adult male and female categories at the same time. Alongside its puppies, it runs a secure dog boarding facility and offers dog training.

Training

Von Calvo's trainers work with each dog to develop its potential and address specific needs, aiming for obedient, confident companions that can protect and guard their families. Different levels of training are available, and the goal is to teach dog and owner to communicate harmoniously and help German Shepherds of any age integrate with their families. Schutzhund training takes obedience and protection skills further, and the team can introduce owners to the Greater Miami Schutzhund Club for competition. Evaluations are free.

What to ask

Ask which training levels fit your dog, whether breeds other than German Shepherds are accepted, and what each level costs.
